A New York appeals court judge paved the way this week for Simon & Schuster to publish a controversial new book written by U.S. President Donald Trump’s niece, the New York Post reported.

In the ruling, restraints were still left in place that dictated what the family member could say. But the decision pertained to how the publisher was left out of that equation.

Would she need to remove material or be subject to legal ramifications for releasing family business?
