The NBC Universal Cable Entertainment’s Lifestyle Network’s is being consolidated to include Bravo, Oxygen and E!, prompting layoffs of 5 percent of the staff that follows the termination of at least 20 employees in August as Variety reported.

Also in the reorganization, NBC Universal also shuttered its Universal Games and Digital Platforms divisions, according to Fox Business.
