Amazon, the world’s online shopping venue, missed the mark on its first quarter results for 2020 ending March 31, Adweek reported.

The Seattle-based company’s share price dropped 5 percent when the market upon last week’s announcement. The pronouncement stunned analysts expecting to see more prosperity from a company that has ramped up its operations as consumers upon government order elect to shop at home more than ever before.
